Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- Your surgery is a planned (elective) total laparoscopic hysterectomy
- Your body mass index (BMI) is under 35
- You have not taken any painkillers in the 24 hours before surgery
- You do not have a bleeding disorder, infection at the injection site, or allergy to local anesthetic
- You agree to join the study and sign a consent form
