Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You are generally healthy.
  • You have been practicing archery for at least 2 years.
  • Your World Archery Federation (WA) score is between 360 and 570.
  • You have not had surgery on your trunk, arms, neck, or lower back in the last year.
  • You have not had any injuries to your trunk, arms, neck, or lower back in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had a respiratory illness (like pneumonia or bronchitis) in the last year, and you do not have a chronic lung condition (like asthma).
