Who can take part

  • You are between 15 and 18 years old.
  • You are a licensed archer using a classical bow for at least 6 months.
  • You have been using a clicker for at least 6 months.
  • You practice archery at least twice a week.
  • You do not have any injuries or symptoms in your arms, legs, or spine.
  • You have not had surgery on your arm, shoulder, or spine.
  • You do not have any mental or cognitive disorders.
  • You do not use painkillers, sedatives, or alcohol that could affect your shooting.
