  • You have Parkinson's disease diagnosed by a neurologist.
  • You are between 30 and 85 years old.
  • You can walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker.
  • You do not have a health condition that makes exercise unsafe (like heart problems or uncontrolled blood pressure).
  • You do not have dementia or significant memory problems.
  • You are willing to take part in the study for 6 months.
