Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (or another condition affecting walking like stroke, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, or osteoporosis).
  • You can walk for at least 5 minutes, with or without a cane or walker.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your vision is good enough to see normally with glasses or contacts, or you can move around safely with help.
  • You can follow simple 2-step instructions (like 'sit down and lift your leg').
