  • You have severe hearing loss in both ears and are getting a cochlear implant (one or both ears) at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can use a computer or tablet for training.
  • You speak English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, or Danish.
  • This is your first cochlear implant (not replacing an old one).
  • Hearing loss in both ears is not just in one ear.
