PTS injection for stage 4 lung cancer without gene mutations

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer without a driver gene mutation (like EGFR or ALK).
  • You have at least one lung tumor that can be injected, is 5 cm or smaller, and is in the outer part of the lung.
  • Your tumor has stayed stable after your first line of treatment with chemo and immunotherapy.
  • You are in good general health with normal liver, kidney, and heart function.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
