Who can take part
- You are 55 years or older.
- You have stage 3–4 chronic kidney disease or your kidney function (eGFR) is less than 45.
- Your blood pressure is well-controlled (not over 160/100).
- You have not had a heart attack, heart failure symptoms, or fainting in the past year.
- You are able to exercise safely and do not have untreated eye bleeding or severe spine problems.
- You do not have dementia.
