  • You have chronic kidney disease (stage 1 to 5) and are not yet on dialysis or are on conservative treatment
  • You have been on hemodialysis for at least 3 months
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You do not have severe heart disease or recent stroke or heart attack
  • You have no physical limitations that prevent exercise
