Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has come back or not responded to treatment, and standard therapies are not an option for you.
  • You are able to have a tumor biopsy (a small sample taken from your tumor) for research.
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within certain limits.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
