  • You must be 18 to 70 years old.
  • You need to live in Doña Ana County or Otero County, New Mexico.
  • You must be able to speak and understand English (both counties) or Spanish (Doña Ana County only).
  • You must have internet access and a phone.
  • You must be able to attend 6 in-person cooking classes.
  • You cannot have been diagnosed with diabetes by a doctor.
