  • You are 55 years or older.
  • You speak English.
  • You have never had heart disease or cancer.
  • You do not have food allergies (like to milk, eggs, nuts, or gluten).
  • You are not on a special diet (like vegan, gluten-free, or keto).
  • You do not take certain medications for diabetes or cholesterol (like insulin, metformin, or Ozempic).
