Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have a herniated disc (confirmed by MRI or CT) that causes pain in your leg.
  • Your back and leg pain has been at least a 4 on a 0–10 scale for 3 months or more.
  • You have not had spine surgery or physical therapy for this condition in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have other serious health problems like organ failure, cancer, or severe mental illness.
