Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has returned or not improved after treatment.
  • Your leukemia cells have an IDH1 mutation.
  • You have had no more than 2 previous treatments, and one of those included venetoclax.
  • You have not taken any IDH1 inhibitor drug before (like ivosidenib).
  • Your kidney and liver function are within acceptable levels.
