New drug combo for adult AML with IDH1 mutation

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have AML with an IDH1 gene mutation (R132C, R132G, R132H, R132L, or R132S).
  • You have not had any prior treatment for AML (except hydroxyurea or leukapheresis for stabilization).
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your liver and kidney function are within acceptable limits based on blood tests.
  • You agree to have blood and bone marrow samples taken during the study.
