Who can take part
- You are planning to have surgery to remove your prostate (radical prostatectomy).
- Your cancer is intermediate or high risk, based on your Gleason score (a measure of cancer aggressiveness) and PSA level (a blood test).
- You have had a PSMA-PET scan (a special type of imaging scan) within the last 3 months.
- You have not had any previous treatment for prostate cancer (except possibly a short course of a hormone-blocking drug for some patients).
- Your cancer has not spread beyond the prostate or nearby lymph nodes that can be removed during surgery.
- You do not have an autoimmune disease or take medicines that weaken your immune system, and you have not had a recent heart attack, stroke, or blood clot.
