This trial tests whether giving hormone therapy (androgen deprivation therapy) before surgery can improve outcomes for men with high-risk prostate cancer. You will receive a special PSMA PET/CT scan to see how the cancer responds.

Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of prostate cancer that is considered high-risk (for example, a Gleason score of 8 or higher, or a PSA over 20 ng/mL).
- You need to be healthy enough for surgery (radical prostatectomy) and have a performance status of 0 or 1 (meaning you can carry out daily activities without help).
- A PSMA PET/CT scan must show that your cancer has not spread to bones, organs, or lymph nodes above the lower pelvis.
- You must not have had radiation therapy for prostate cancer before, and no other cancer (except certain skin cancers) in the past 5 years.
- You cannot have serious heart problems (like a recent heart attack or heart failure), severe high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, or other serious infections.
