Who can take part

  • You are a man ages 20 to 75
  • Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy and is called adenocarcinoma
  • Your cancer is “high-risk,” such as advanced tumor stage, a high Gleason/Grade Group, or a high PSA level
  • You plan to have a prostatectomy (surgery to remove the prostate) as the main treatment
  • You are able to do daily activities normally (ECOG 0 or 1)
  • You have not had prior hormone therapy, radiation, or chemotherapy for prostate cancer
