Who can take part
- You are a man ages 20 to 75
- Your prostate cancer has been confirmed by biopsy and is called adenocarcinoma
- Your cancer is “high-risk,” such as advanced tumor stage, a high Gleason/Grade Group, or a high PSA level
- You plan to have a prostatectomy (surgery to remove the prostate) as the main treatment
- You are able to do daily activities normally (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You have not had prior hormone therapy, radiation, or chemotherapy for prostate cancer
