Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older with a confirmed diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
- You must have had at least one prior treatment for AML, and no other standard therapies are expected to help you.
- You should be generally active (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half the day).
- Your liver and kidney function must be within a certain range (checked by blood tests).
- You must be able to swallow oral medication and not have a condition that affects absorption.
