Testing PLM-102 for Hard-to-Treat Blood Cancer

Who can take part

  • You have acute myeloid leukemia or a related blood disorder that has relapsed (come back) or is refractory (not responding to treatment)
  • You are generally able to care for yourself with minimal help (ECOG performance status 0–2)
  • You have adequate liver and kidney function to safely receive the study drug
  • You are at least 18 years old and can understand and sign an informed consent form
  • If you can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 90 days after treatment ends
  • You have recovered from any prior cancer treatments and are ready to start a new therapy
