Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with AML, or MDS/AML with 10-19% blasts, that has come back or not responded to treatment.
  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have tried at least one prior treatment (like intensive chemotherapy with or without venetoclax, or a longer course of other therapies).
  • You must be in generally good health, able to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your liver and kidneys must be working well enough (specific blood test levels are needed).
  • If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 90 days after the last dose.
