Who can take part
- You are an adult who can give verbal consent to join
- You belong to one of two groups: people with vascular or inflammatory health conditions, or generally healthy people
- If you have a vascular condition, you have high cardiovascular risk, inflammatory vascular disease, or had preeclampsia in pregnancy
- You have no significant eye disease in either eye (like macular degeneration or vascular eye problems)
- You are not diabetic (for the healthy control group only)
- You can have an eye scan (OCT-A) and are not allergic to the dilating eye drops (tropicamide)
