Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder, MOG antibody disease, or another related neuroinflammatory condition (unless you are a healthy volunteer).
- You must be able to sit still for an eye scan called OCT – this means no severe eye shaking or other issues that would prevent a clear scan.
- You cannot have certain eye problems that might affect the scan results, like advanced cataracts, glaucoma, or high degrees of nearsightedness/farsightedness (more than 6 diopters).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- If you are a healthy volunteer, you cannot have a history of other significant neurological conditions (like stroke or a previous episode of brain inflammation).
