Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must be able to give informed consent (or via an appropriate process) and follow study instructions
- You must be able to sit still enough for clear imaging (no major movement during scans)
- You must not have very low scan quality or blurry images (signal strength must be at least 7)
- You should not have certain eye conditions (including glaucoma or age-related macular degeneration) or other major eye diseases
- You should not have major medical conditions such as heart disease or thyroid disease; and for control participants, no diabetes or hypertension
