This trial tests whether a more immersive virtual reality (VR) game or a simpler VR game better helps improve arm movement in people who have had a stroke and still have arm weakness. You will use a VR headset or screen to do exercises, and researchers will see which approach works best.

Who can take part
- You are between 28 and 55 years old.
- You have arm weakness (hemiplegia) caused by a stroke.
- Your arm muscles are not too tight (grade 2 or less on a standard tightness scale) and your hand movement is still early (stage 2 or less on a recovery scale).
- You can understand and follow instructions well (score 35 or more on a 36-point cognitive test).
- You do not have severe motion sickness, seizures triggered by flashing lights, or trouble with spatial awareness, and you do not have another nerve condition like spinal cord injury or multiple sclerosis.
