Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure (with reduced or preserved ejection fraction) and have symptoms like shortness of breath or fatigue (NYHA class II–IV)
  • You do not have active infections, autoimmune diseases, cancer, liver failure, kidney failure (creatinine clearance below 30), or certain heart muscle diseases
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to participate
