Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your doctor thinks you might have MOGAD (a condition where the immune system attacks nerve coating).
  • You do not have a confirmed diagnosis of AQP4-positive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (a related condition) or NMDAR encephalitis (another autoimmune brain disease).
  • You have not tested positive for another antibody called GFAP-IgG in your blood or spinal fluid.
  • You or your guardian must agree to join the study by signing a consent form.
