Who can take part
- You have frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis) only on one side.
- Your shoulder is in an early to middle stage (stage II), meaning it is stiff but not severely frozen.
- You cannot raise your arm higher than 100 degrees (about shoulder height) in front of you.
- You do not have other shoulder problems like a recent injury, infection, fracture, or surgery in that area.
- You have no active cancer or inflammatory disease near the shoulder.
