Who can take part

  • You must be between 50 and 85 years old.
  • You must have a body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 32.5, and weigh between 45 and 100 kg.
  • Your memory problems must be due to Alzheimer's disease, not another condition.
  • You cannot have had a stroke, seizure, or unexplained fainting in the last year.
  • You cannot have had cancer in the last 5 years (except some skin cancers).
