Who can take part

  • You are between 55 and 85 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or mild Alzheimer's disease.
  • You have had a positive amyloid PET scan (showing Alzheimer's-related buildup).
  • You have not had a stroke, heart attack, or heart failure in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other causes of memory loss, like Parkinson's disease, Lewy body disease, or vitamin deficiencies.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy or use effective birth control during the study and for 4 weeks after.
