Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced (unresectable or metastatic) bile duct cancer confirmed by biopsy or cytology.
- Your cancer has progressed or you couldn't tolerate at least one standard treatment (like gemcitabine-based chemo).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like CT or MRI).
- You are able to do daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have good enough kidney, liver, and blood counts for the study drugs.
