Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have a type of bile duct or gallbladder cancer that is locally advanced and might be removable with surgery.
  • Your cancer has not spread to the lining of your abdomen or other distant parts.
  • You have not had any prior systemic treatment (like chemotherapy) for this cancer.
  • You are in good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your liver function is adequate (Child-Pugh score 7 or less).
