Who can take part
- You've been diagnosed with bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma) confirmed by tissue biopsy and had surgery to remove it
- You're between 18 and 75 years old and in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG status 0 or 1)
- Your blood counts and organ function are adequate (normal-range white blood cells, platelets, liver and kidney function)
- You've never received immune checkpoint inhibitors or similar immune-modifying drugs before
- You don't have an active autoimmune disease, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or recent major infection
- You're willing to use effective birth control if you can get pregnant, and have a negative pregnancy test within 72 hours of starting
