  • You are between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You will answer all the survey questions completely.
  • You do not have chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, or neurological disorders.
  • You do not take medications like corticosteroids or muscle relaxants.
  • You have not had a serious muscle or bone injury in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had surgery or pain related to muscles or bones, and no history of eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia.
