- You are between 10 and 40 years old.
- Your eye turn started recently (acute) and is constant (not intermittent).

- You see well in both eyes with glasses or contacts (20/20 or better).
- You have not had any treatment (surgery or prism) for this eye turn before.
- Your eye turn does not improve by more than 10 prism diopters just by wearing glasses.
