Who can take part
- You have cataracts in both eyes that are age-related.
- You are 21 years or older.
- Your vision is better than 20/400 (able to see the big E on an eye chart).
- Your eye length is between 21.0 mm and 27.0 mm.
- You have no other eye diseases that could affect results, like uncontrolled glaucoma or severe dry eye.
- You have not had eye surgery or serious eye injury before.
