Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 85 years old.
  • You are planning to have cataract surgery in both eyes.
  • Both of your eyes are very long (at least 26 mm), which is typical for high nearsightedness.
  • You want to be able to see clearly without glasses after surgery.
  • You don't have other serious eye diseases like severe retinal problems or a history of eye surgery.
