Short sprints with active recovery for non-athletes

Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 25 years old (male or female).
  • Do moderate or hard exercise at least once a week right now.
  • Get cleared for physical activity using the PAR-Q health questionnaire.
  • Have no history of muscle, bone, heart, lung, or nerve disorders.
  • Have not had any injury in the last 30 days.
