- You are between 18 and 29 years old.
- You live in the United States and can read and speak English.
- You vape nicotine at least 25 days per month.
- You are interested in cutting down or quitting vaping within the next 30 days (rate your interest at least 5 out of 10).
- You do not use any other nicotine products besides e-cigarettes.
- You have not been diagnosed with a severe mental illness (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) or a substance use disorder other than tobacco use.
