Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You must either have symptomatic peripheral artery disease (PAD) or have no history of PAD at all.
- You must be willing to give a blood sample and follow study procedures.
- You should not have a life-threatening illness or any active cancer (except cured skin cancer).
- You must not have severe heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems, a bleeding disorder, or an active infection.
- You must not have HIV, autoimmune diseases, or be taking oral steroids or other immune-suppressing drugs.
