Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You are currently receiving outpatient mental health treatment at St. Olavs Hospital.
  • You are able to do exercise training safely.
  • You are physically able to give informed consent and use the HelsaMi app.
  • You are not pregnant or less than 6 months after giving birth.
  • You are not currently in an acute psychiatric ward or have planned surgery that would interfere.
