  • You had a recent stroke that was not treated with clot-busting drugs or surgery.
  • You do not smoke and have never been told you have diabetes, high blood pressure, kidney disease, heart disease, or chronic hepatitis.
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You are willing to take part in the study.
