Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease (related to metabolism) – this can be found by a liver biopsy, blood tests, or imaging like ultrasound or a special scan (VCTE)
- You do not have serious kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or heart conditions like valve disease, a pacemaker, or rhythm problems
- You do not have thyroid problems (overactive or underactive)
- You do not have severe anemia (low red blood cells) or advanced liver problems like liver cancer or a TIPS shunt
