Who can take part

  • Child is between 1 and 10 years old
  • Diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy from brain hypoxia
  • Has a GMFCS level between II and V (moderate to severe movement challenges)
  • No bleeding disorders, active infections, or serious health problems like heart or kidney failure
  • No cancer or HIV, and not currently sick with viral hepatitis
  • Hemoglobin level is at least 110 g/L (not severely anemic)
