Who can take part

  • Child is between 12 months and 6 years old
  • Child has cerebral palsy (difficulty with movement and muscle control) caused by lack of oxygen or bleeding in the brain
  • Child has moderate-to-severe movement limitations (GMFCS level III–V, meaning they need help with walking or cannot walk)
  • Child has completed required blood work and health screening tests
  • Child does not have an active infection, bleeding problems, or serious heart, liver, or kidney disease
  • Child can participate in rehabilitation therapy sessions, and parents can give written permission
