Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are scheduled for surgery to remove a newly diagnosed or returning brain tumor.
  • Your tumor is located near the surface of the brain, making it easy and safe to reach with an ultrasound probe.
  • You are generally well enough for daily activities (Karnofsky score of 60% or higher).
  • You or someone legally authorized can agree in writing to join the study.
