  • You must have a confirmed genetic diagnosis of congenital myasthenic syndrome (CMS).
  • You can be any age, including children 6 months and older.
  • You need to be in stable health, not having a major flare-up or other serious illness.
  • You cannot have had gene therapy before joining the study.
  • If you are pregnant, you cannot take part at this time.
