Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that hasn't been treated before.
- You received chemotherapy along with a type of immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor) before surgery.
- Your cancer was stage T3-T4 or N2-N3 before surgery, or you had certain lymph node findings.
- After surgery, at least one lymph node in your neck showed no cancer left (complete response).
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and in generally good health (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher).
- Your blood cell counts are within a safe range before starting the trial.
