This study looks at how the immune system responds to a mild stress (a typhoid vaccine) in people who have been through trauma but do not have PTSD. It may help understand why some people are more susceptible to inflammation after trauma.

Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- You must have experienced a traumatic event in your life.
- You must NOT currently have PTSD (but you can have had it in the past).
- You must not have any condition that causes inflammation (like an autoimmune disease).
- You must not be pregnant or planning pregnancy in the next 3 months.
