- You are between 12 and 26 years old.
- You are currently in a Penn State Health eating disorder program (Partial Hospital or Intensive Outpatient).
- You have a personal smartphone.
- You have been diagnosed with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, or another specified eating disorder (not ARFID).
- You speak English.
- You do not have a diagnosis of avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), recent suicidal thoughts, or an intellectual disability.
